What is WETparty? |
WETparty is a Los Angeles based lifestyle event geared towards today's younger generation of modern couples. Our events are held in some of Los Angeles' most popular night spots and are designed to provide our members with fun and excitement in a sexually charged atmosphere.

Is WETparty a swinger's club? |
WETparty is not a swinger's club. We do have many guests who consider themselves part of the "lifestyle" but you'll only know that if you inquire with them. Our guests are an array of people of which many are just couples looking to have a good time with one another in the sexy and erotic environment we've created.

We have never attended WETparty. What can we expect? |
You can expect a popular Hollywood nightclub or other venue taken completely over by attractive sexually open-minded modern couples and single ladies, all between the ages of 21 and 39. Think of it as going nightclubbing, but better, because all the flirting on the dance floor might actually lead somewhere. Besides the dance floor, there will be plenty of comfortable places to lounge, & mingle with other members.

Are single men allowed? |
Sorry fellas, in the interest of our members, our events are only for couples and single females. No single males will be admitted ever. Please don't make us repeat this.

How do we become members? |
Easy! Complete ta new members application, then wait a little while. The application requires that you submit a clear head photo of both the lady and MAN.
Once you are accepted as a member, you will have full access to our member section and be able to attend all our future events.

How is membership decided? |
We at the WETparty don’t think it makes sense for us to decide what type of people our members want at their parties. As a result, the WETparty has taken an innovative and unique new approach to membership approval. Unlike other lifestyle events, our membership is NOT decided by the WETparty crew! Instead, applications are reviewed and rated online by a random & anonymous sampling of current WETparty members. Applicants are rated on their photos as well as their questionnaire answers. Only the applicant’s average score and contact information are then sent to WET. You’ll get an email letting you know if you were approved.
Our reviewer identities are kept a secret, even from each other, in order to avoid cliques, favoritism, bribery and feelings of resentment. Any reviewer who speaks of their position on the review panel or is found to be abusing their position on the review panel any way will have their privileges revoked.

Technically, that’s not a question… But before you go putting on your cranky pants, you can always try applying again. Since our random panel of reviewing members will always be changing, you can actually have a second chance to make a first impression. Try submitting different photos, using a better camera, or showing a little more of your personality in the questionnaire. Check our application tips for more ways to improve your odds.

Why are people over 39 not allowed? |
Do you think you’re better than them? Is that what you think?! Huh!?
Nonsense! We know tons of sexy 40 and over couples and we think they’re fantastic! We realize that age can be touchy subject for many people, and it’s easy to understand why many may get upset and think they are being excluded. But this rule was not made to exclude the 40 and over crowd, but actually to include the younger crowd!
While it may not be intentional, factors such as inexperience, lack of finances, and a generational culture gap have been passively excluding younger couples from lifestyle events since the beginning. While the lifestyle continues to grow, couples are discovering it at younger ages every year. We’ve all heard the story before:
A young couple attends a lifestyle event. Maybe they are “first timers” attempting to take their first steps. Since the majority of swingers in this country are over 40 years of age, the young couple inevitably finds themselves to be a minority at the event. Often a younger couple gets “swarmed” by the more experienced couples, making them feel like “Fresh Meat”. It can be a very uncomfortable and awkward experience that too many of us have been through. It can even drive some to abandon the idea of swinging completely! …And what might have been a wonderful and fulfilling new sex life for a couple is lost… All because of a few intimidating experiences. The sad part is, it’s not just a loss for them, but a loss for all the sexy new friends they would have made too!
If a young couple hasn’t given up on the idea of swinging, they may face yet another hurdle. While there is no shortage of upscale lifestyle clubs in their area, their cost may be a big problem. If you’re over 40 and in the lifestyle, chances are you have already established yourself in your career and make a comfortable living. Perhaps you even own your own business. The cost of most lifestyle events may seem perfectly reasonable to you. But to a younger couple who is just starting out, is still struggling in the working world, is still paying student loans or maybe trying to pay their way through grad school, the price of these events can be a HUGE kick in the wallet! No couple should ever be forced to make the choice between Partying or Groceries!
Finally, if a younger couple can afford the admission to one of these upscale events, they are often disappointed. Although these events may be very upscale, sexy and elegant, they are simply not for them. Most lifestyle parties are geared towards the sensibilities of 40 and older crowd, because most of them are run by people in that age group. The honest truth is that if many of these events weren’t lifestyle parties, they would probably not be the type of parties that most young couples would normally choose to attend.
We at the WETparty aim to change all that by creating an environment that is comfortable for young lifestyle couples whether they are already experienced, or just starting out. Our events are for this younger generation of swingers and are actually run by couples in their own age group. Every aspect of WETparty, from the location, to the music, to the pricing is designed to make the lifestyle more fun, comfortable and easily accessible for the young and sexually adventurous. |

Do both of the members of the couple have to be under 39? |
Yup. Because of the high ratio of older men with younger women in the lifestyle, it often makes it difficult for young women in the lifestyle to meet couples with men who are both attractive and close to their own age. At WETparty, all of our members are 39 and below. That means both the female AND the male.

How do we buy tickets? |
Tickets may be purchased by approved members in our member's section of our site.
|

Can we bring our friends that are under 39? |
Regardless of age, if they are not on the list at the door, they won’t get in. If you’d like your friends to attend, have them apply for membership and RSVP to the party themselves. Make sure they mention you in the “referral” section.

Is there a dress code? |
Yes, we have a very strict dress code! Here it is:
Girls: Wear something that you know you look good in.
Boys: After you get dressed, ask your girl if you look presentable. If she says yes, you pass.
Don’t go buying an expensive new outfit on our account. Clubwear is great.

Do we have to or can we bring alcohol? |
Not usually, Alcohol is usually provided at our bars, same as within any nightclub. Double Check the event you attending to make sure.

What about parking? |
For your convenience, when you receive a confirmation e-mail a few days before a party, we will include maps and directions to the various parking lots and valet in that area.

Are there any themes to your events? |
We may sometimes have theme events. But as per our philosophy, our themes will be totally fresh ideas that do not follow the mold of typical lifestyle parties you may have attended. Best of all they shouldn’t require you to go buy an outfit that you’re never going to wear again.

Is there a place where I can smoke? |
You should give that up! But since you don't listen to opionated computer screens! WETparty will keep the smokers in mind and make sure we have an area at the venues we select.

Do you need any volunteers? |
Perhaps. We will need host couples at every party. Their job is to check guests in at the door. This is a great way to meet a lot of people in a short amount of time. But don’t worry, your shift will last about 2-3 hours. Then you get to rock the night away.

Do I have to apply on the website? |
For the convenience of our review panel, we ask that you apply via our online Membership Application. If you experience any problems with our online membership application, you can email us at membership@thewetparty.com and a WETparty representative will contact you and assist you with your application.

Privacy is very important to me. Do I have to send a picture? |
We understand privacy is a concern for some. However, in the interest of the safety and privacy of our current members, it is our responsibility to make sure all new applications are legitimate. Any information you submit including photographs, WILL NOT be shared, distributed, sold, turned into holiday cards, put on novelty t-shirts or otherwise used for anything else except verifying you as a prospective WET member.
